i've been reading about the discussions and now i know my watershed must be on shape file in WGS 1984 (unprojected, lat/lon), but when i'm going to draw the rivers and all the others components, they appear really small, so my qestion is, What scale must be my shape file?

All maps in a single WEAP area must use the same projection, but you can use any projection, not just WGS 1984 (lat/lon).
The world map that WEAP uses is unprojected (WGS 1984). To use maps in another projection, go ahead and add those maps, then remove the WEAP Countries and Rivers maps. At this point, go to Schematic, Set Area Boundaries, and set the boundaries appropriately for your remaining maps.
Note: This will not work if you have already added WEAP elements to your map (demand sites, reservoirs, etc.), because they will still be using the coordinates from the previous map (lat/lon).
