I have just posted "Guia Metodologica: Modelacion Hidrologica y de Recursos Hidricos Con El Modelo Weap" ("Methodological Guide for Hydrologic and Water Resources Modeling with the WEAP model", in Spanish), written by Marisa Escobar and Sebastian Vicuna. You can download it from
