Subject: Retrieving version results (from previously run models) after switching between versions

I frequently switch between versions of an area. I recently developed a version for which more than a day is needed to run all models. I am fearful of switching to a previous version and switching back again, because of all of the time needed to rerun the models in the more recent version. I must have overlooked how to backup and retrieve the results for a version without having to rerun all of the models in the version. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Thanks.
