when I do I link qual2k WEAP and the distances between stations must match such as quality gauging points in the WEAP represent as streamflow gauge, but this tool does not leave set distances between the sections.
How I can fix this?

Which tool do you mean? WEAP or Qual2K?

In WEAP, you can set distance markers for each river reach. See http://www.weap21.org/WebHelp/index.html#Reach_WQ.htm for details.
