I am having a problem loading both raster and vector layers after the model was built using the world map in WEAP. The layers are in WGS84 so based on other forum topic responses should import OK. But they are coming in very small in the right top corner. Seems to be a projection problem but need to move the model to the imported layers.

How is this done?

Thanks in advance for your help

It is possible that your layers have a projection file associated with them. Look for a filename with the name of the layer file and a .prj extension. If you find them, try deleting them and see if they then display correctly in WEAP. (Make sure WEAP is not running when you delete them--better yet, move them to another folder in case you want to restore them.)
