Hi, how can we create a scenario for different years from the reference period?

For example;

I am using 1990-2010 as a reference period but I want to import data for the next 50 years (2011-2051) with different scenarios (RCP4.5 and RCP8.5) and want to see changes in my reference period between two or more scenarios.

or do I have to run my model with different data set and years, and save my result?

I could not manage to create such a scenario in WEAP,
