I finished my WEAP research with all current situation and its scenarios, but suddenly I have this error message: "WEAP's GIS layer that contains rivers and links [(c:\Users\pc\...\WEAP Arc.shp) cannot be loaded. If this error persists, you will probably need to revert to a previous version of this area]". But it happen again and again since I tried to open my area. So, I could not be able to revert a previous version.
Please advise.

You can also revert to a previous version from the Manage Areas screen. When WEAP starts, choose a different area so that WEAP can open. Go to Areas, Manage Areas. Select the area with the problem, then choose a version from the list in the box in the lower right part of the window. Click the Revert button.
