In the soil moisture model for an irrigated catchment, where applied irrigation efficiency (application efficiency)?

To control how much water is given to the plants, you can change the Upper and Lower Thresholds of soil moisture (in the Irrigation tab) when irrigation is needed to make a narrower window for irrigation provision.
