how to fix error when i create area? This is error : "Acces violation at address 4BE3C3B6 in module 'IDAPI32.DLL'. Can anyone help me fix that problem?

Does it happen every time you try to create an area? I would suggest uninstalling WEAP, downloading again from this website, then re-installing.

Hi Jack,

First, Thanks a lot for your prompt response. It has happened everytime i still tried to create an area. Up to now, i'm dowloading again and re-installing. But i can't still create an area and it's still appear that error.

When you get the error, do you have the option to have WEAP send an error report? This will help me diagnose the problem.
