Hello,
I use the soil moisture method of WEAP model.
Is there a guideline or paper that due to the soil type and vegetation type, etc., I can obtain range of preferred flow direction and Runoff resistance factor for soil moisture method?I need this range to calibrate these parameters.

Dear Amirhossein,

SEI does not have a document to provide about ranges for these values. WEAP has some information about the ranges, in the parameter definitions which you can see when you enter the data. We recommend using the calibration process to find combinations of parameter values that make sense and produce streamflow that approximates the streamflow in the system, given the same inputs (use historic data to create a historic model).
