Hello,
I am using MABIA method to model ET and I have imported complete climate dataset on WEAP, but I am not sure whether the entered basal crop coefficient Kcb values are automatically adjusted to the climate data (wind speed and min relative humidity) entered in the climate section. Or should I estimate Kcb derived from local climate beforehand?

No, the basal crop coefficient Kcb values are NOT automatically adjusted to the climate data. Therefore, you should estimate Kcb derived from local climate yourself.
