Subject: Water Resource Assessment of A Watershed

I want to assess, the blue-water resource (Surface water & Groundwater) & the green-water flow and storage (flow as ET and storage as soil moisture) on a monthly scale for my watershed. Basically i require to find out water balance components of a river-basin consisting of surface runoff, recharge to shallow aquifer, soil moisture storage & ET. Can i do the same in WEAP. If so, the kindly refer me some instructional guide for working out the this objective.

Also I want to know how to calibrate & validate the hydrologic parameters for setting up the watershed model for further simulations of these water balance components mentioned above.
