I am a new user of WEAP. I want to create a shapefile for my engineering poject. Can anybody suggest any software or website from which I can easily build the required shapefile?

Hi Naeem,
Depending on how complicated your shapefile is, you might be able to use https://gis.ucla.edu/apps/click2shp/. If it's more complicated, you could use QGIS.
