I need clarification on this matter, should I make an adjustment to Kcb values since my relative humidity and wind speed data differ from the standard condition? OR does WEAP-MABIA have the features to adjust Kcb values according to my climatic condition, allowing me to input the standard Kcb values recommened by FAO56 without adjusting them beforehand?

Yes, you should make an adjustment to Kcb values, because your relative humidity and wind speed data differ from the standard condition. WEAP does NOT automatically adjust these based on climate data.
