Is there a way to reduce the basin area to match the overall basin area i have on my GIS?

Hello Darlington, if you mean basin created by catchment delineation mode, as far as i know, there is no way how to graphically change shape of area delineated by WEAP. it is possible to change area in DATA section, but it will have no influence on schematic.

If you have your own information of land branches and shapefile of river, it would maybe be better not to use catchment delineation mode, create catchment, draw river and add land branches data by yourself, then you dont need catchment drawed by WEAP as you have your own GIS shape file.

If you dont have your own land branches area information, you can copy data generated by weap and use them in approach i mentioned before.

River shapefile is however needed if you want to draw river by yourself.

Thats how much i know as relatively new user, yet i suggest to wait for reply from developers of weap as there may be some way how to figure it out easier.
