Hi, I am trying to create a seasonal shift in the stream flow by 1-2 months. I have tried to do this using a wetland (setup as a reservoir) but I cannot get the seasonal shift. Any advice on this issue? Thanks in advance!

Hi Sukhmani,
I think the only way for shifting or making a delay in the streamflow is by using a reservoir and applying reservoir routing. But, the most important thing in this issue is the priority that you introduce in the model. If the downstream demands have higher priority than the reservoir, it can't make a delay. Therefore, you have to play with priorities special monthly priorities to achieve your goal.

Hossein
