I reasked help again with the same problem. Please, do you have any idea about how can apply the GLUE method or SUFI-2 method with the WEAP model to quantify the uncertainty such as SWAT-CUP? Also, how can apply the sensitivity analysis with WEAP and what are the parameters set? can I run the WEAP many times about 1500 runs?

For running and calibrating WEAP across many runs, you would need to use the PEST Calibration or Model Inspector tool. These tools have explanations in many other posts.
