Dear Ephraim,
WEAP can be used to model river flows, supply/demand, and water quality considering projected changes to climate. Whether WEAP is the best tool for you will depend on the scale of your project, what data are available locally, and what questions you are asking. You might respond with more specifics of your study in order to get more targeted advice about whether WEAP is right for you. You could also look through the published studies listed on our Publications page to see how others have used WEAP in the past.
Cheers,
Anne
