Hello
My WEAP version is 2019.0 and I am trying to add Gurobi solver following the instructions in "https://www.weap21.org/WebHelp/LPFormulation.htm" link.
However, I can not find gurobi70.dll or gurobi75.dll mentioned in this instruction.
Can anybody please help me.

Gurobi is not included with WEAP. It is a commercial solver, and is free only for academic use: https://www.gurobi.com/academia/academic-program-and-licenses/.

However, the XA solver included with WEAP is of comparable speed and robustness to Gurobi. To select the XA solver, go to the menu: General, Solver, XA.
