Dear all:
When I use the modflow model files provided in the linkkichen tutorial, according to the linkkitchen coupling weap-modflow tutorial, after the modflow namefile has been selected in the linkkitchen , the next step is "select or create Lingkage Shapefile".
But when I use my own Modflow model files(following the MODFLOW2000 specification), after "select modflow namefile", linkkitchen will directly prompt "do you want to save changes to weap -area?". No matter if I click it or not, linkitchen and weap will be closed directly, and I cannot proceed to the next step -"Select or create linkage shapefile"
Please how to do

Dear Sweety,
I suspect that not all the MODFLOW model files, that are referenced in the namefile, are in native ASCII format but that some are in MODFLOW-2000 binary format (e.g. hd5) which is not supported by LinkKitchen.
If so, you should export the entire MODFLOW-model to "Text" from your MODFLOW preprocessor software.
