How can I analyze my results using WEAP, how can i differentiate whether my model is realistic or not.

Comparing modeled streamflows to observed gauge data using the Streamflow Gauge Comparison result is the primary way to validate the model results of WEAP. You would likely also need to compare the Supply Delivered results of your watershed to estimates of supplied water from studies, data, or literature in your basin.
