I would like to know how to consider a hydroelectric dam in WEAP.
should the turbined volume be considered as a request site or is the turbineship taken into account when I fill in the hydropower part?

If i understand correctly your question, you should set the Hydrowpower Priority under the Hydropower section of the Reservoir data. This will tell WEAP whether to operate the reservoir prioritizing electricity generation or downstream demands. You will then need to enter the Maximum Turbine Flow so that WEAP knows how much water can be used to generate electricity.
