I am a new user, I downloaded the latest version and the Tutorial files do not appear in the WEAP AREAS folder. Changed location in recent version.

Dear Hector,
have you tried re-downloading WEAP? When you say you Changed Location, do you mean that you moved your WEAP Areas folder? You should open the Tutorial model through the WEAP Area menu. Please let us know if you are still having trouble with the Tutorial files.
