Dear All,
As I am new to this software, how to add different scenarios in this tool? I can see only current account and reference section as the default option.

Have you looked yet at the WEAP Tutorial? https://www.weap21.org/Tutorial Chapter 3 talks about scenarios, including how to create new scenarios.
