I am working on Priest Rapids dam in Columbia river, WA, USA. I have daily spill data and constraints of environmental flows that should be retained in the river. However, I am confused so as to how and where do I add these data in the reservoir operation?

Any help or direction is appreciated.

Environmental flow requirements are entered as a flow requirement object at the point of enforcement (in your case, this may be immediately downstream of the reservoir). If you want your model to match observed spill data, you can also use a flow requirement object downstream of your reservoir.
