Apologies for the slow response-

To access the PEST (Parameter ESTimation) tool in WEAP, while in the schematic go to Advanced --> PEST Calibration. For more information on using PEST, please visit the Snow Hydrology and PEST Calibration chapter of the WEAP Tutorial (https://www.weap21.org/tutorial) or go to the WEAP Help (accessed by clicking Help --> search in the schematic) and search for PEST Calibration.
