Subject: About PEST Calibration "Reservoir storage"
Posted: 11/10/2024 Viewed: 2998 times Hello ; I am new user in the software application, my data observation is 10 years period ,the data was from one (01) gauge station : 1-how to procedure PEST for calibration (validation calibration) . please tell me the correct procedure to do this 2- the the result shows decalage, on what parameter to base to to erase this decalage 3-is it right to proceed calibration without catchment method (without choosing one of the 4 methods) Thanks in advance for providing this support for the discussions on our manipulation of the Weap software. |

For help with calibration, please see the WEAP Tutorial chapters for PEST Calibration and for Catchment Calibration at www.weap21.org/tutorial. Alternatively, you can see videos on calibration on our YouTube channel: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Notx1vfeRCk. If you are not choosing a catchment method for your rainfall-runoff calculations, then how are you calculating your inflow? If you are modeling your hydrology using catchments, you would need to first select a method and populate a starting set of expression values for your catchment objects before calibrating. -Doug |
