This must mean that you do not have any overflow from local reservoirs. Local reservoirs are those not located along a river or diversion object (ie. they may only be connected to the river network via a transmission link). Overflow occurs when the storage would exceed the storage capacity based on excessive inflow. However, given that local reservoirs are not located directly on rivers, local reservoir overflow is rare. Were you expecting to see non-zero local reservoir overflow?
