While we have ambitions to create WEAP models editable in the cloud that can synchronize, we have not created this feature yet. For now, your best options are to use options in Area --> Manage Areas for Backup and Email to share the model. And then in the Data Tree, you can click the tab for History on the right to see the latest updates from other users- the user who made the change and the date are listed.

You could also save the model from one computer to a VB script by clicking the "VBS" button on the History tab in the Data View, to save recent changes to a script.  If you select All Branches and All Variables, they can see all changes, and can filter first for changes after a specific date.  Once you have the script you can run it on the other computer to merge its changes.
