How I can use WEAP to make rule curve for reservoir operation?

Reservoir storage is divided into four zones, or pools. These include, from top to bottom, the flood-control zone, conservation zone, buffer zone and inactive zone. The conservation and buffer pools, together, constitute the reservoir's active storage. By varying the levels of these pools monthly, you can set the rule curves for the reservoir.

See http://www.weap21.org/WebHelp/reservoir_zones.htm for more information.

Hi,
As Jack said, you can make something like a rule curve to a reservoir, but it is not exactly a rule curve which you expected. on the other hand you have to find the exact rule curve by a "Try & Error" process.

Oops,
I forgot to say that some special rule curve for Buffer Zone can be extracted by Try & Error, too.
