Arc view shape files and GeoTiff raster files are not getting registered properly in the study area. I would like to know the projection specifications of the world map in WEAP. Kindly also support to overcome the problem

The country and river shape files that come with WEAP are unprojected (WGS 1984, lat/lon). All layers in WEAP must be the same projection. Therefore, you can either reproject your layers and raster files to WGS84, or remove the WEAP default layers and use yours instead. If you have already added WEAP elements (e.g., demand sites, rivers), you will either need to reproject them (they are in the WEAPNode.shp and WEAPArc.shp shape files in the area subdirectory) or start over.
