hello,
I am working on a Hydro-economic optimization model on a watershed and i have used ((soil moisture model))
to optimize the irrigation strategy and amount by optimizing ((intervention relative soil moisture)) and ((target relative soil moisture)) as my decision variables. but i should consider total irrigation efficiency which is derived by multiplying ((conveyance, distribution and application efficiency)) to obtain gross water demand of each catchment and return flow (( in this module: infiltrated to river)) values in order to appreciate water allocation in system.
I could not find any related variable input in Data window , so how can can i consider Irrigation Efficiency in ((Soil Moisture Model)).

Dear Reza,
I think the best way to model irrigation efficiency in the catchment is to change the upper and lower threshold values in the irrigation tabs. This tells you the soil moisture above which no irrigation is needed, or below which irrigation is needed. By changing these, you change how much water WEAP will demand for irrigated areas, which is effectively the same as changing the irrigation efficiency.
