Hi Colleagues,

I need help on how to route a flow through a wetland. I am aware that WEAP does not do any streamflow routing. But I am asking if anyone developed any script for routing.

All rivers draining to the wetland loose their flows. The outflows from the wetland are all routed and their peaks occur three, four and five months later. Shall I model them as separate streams with their own headflows ? For the time being that is the only way.

I thank you.

Yonas

Dear Yonas,

You might also want to explore modeling them as diversions, that may give you more control over how they are represented in WEAP.
