I have searched in the publications link in this webpage and in google scholar and I don't know what is the official citation for WEAP.

Can anyone help me please?

Best regards!

To cite the software itself:

Jack Sieber, Water Evaluation And Planning (WEAP) System, Software version: 2019.0, Stockholm Environment Institute, Somerville, MA, USA, https://www.weap21.org

To cite an early peer-reviewed article describing WEAP:

David Yates, Jack Sieber, David R. Purkey and Annette Huber-Lee, "WEAP21--A Demand-, Priority-, and Preference-Driven Water Planning Model: Part 1, Model Characteristics," Water International, Vol. 30, No. 4, pp. 487-500, doi:10.1080/02508060508691893, December 2005.
