Hi, I am trying to use my own climate file in the catchment delineation mode. My ncdf file follows the required dimensions order (time, latitude, and longitude). I have tested the file in Panoply and R and extracted time series from it with no problem.

Although WEAP apparently is able to read the file seamlessly and automatically link variables, the extracted climate data assigned to each elevation band in WEAP is completely distorted in both magnitude and seasonality. It seems as if WEAP is misreading coordinates and assigning climate parameters from a different geographic location. Is there any known bug regarding this issue? I appreciate any advice.

Lidia,

If you send me your ncdf file I can investigate why WEAP is not reading it correctly.

Best regards,
Jack
