Subject: Simulating Past/naturalised hydrology of a catchment

Hi,
Having only precipitation, Tmax and Tmin data, along side streamflow flow at the upstream/inlet gauge of the catchment, with no water infrastructure (dam/inter transfers). Is the simulation possible for predicting streamflow at the outlet of the catchment?
Thank you
