When I try to delinate the catchment by catchment delination mode it is not delinate what is wrong.help me

It is At the beginning. To add catchment when it says would you like to use catchment delination mode to help define this catchment including it's area, rivers, land use and climate? Then I enter on yes it doesn't create the catchment
Right click on the schematic, and choose "Catchment Delineation Mode" from the menu that pops up.
Drag a Catchment (green circle) from the legend on the left and drop it where you want to create a catchment. WEAP should start to download the digital elevation data (DEM) that it needs to create the catchment and river network.
Does that work?

Hi ,
I encountered the same problem. I used shapefiles from arcmap in weap and had to draw the rivers again before weap recognised them.Then i tried using automatic delineation by going to schematic.It downloaded DEM files for everywhere else but not where I need it .so it did not work. Please how can i fix this ?
As an alternative, I tried dragging the catchment(green circle) legend to where i want my catchment placed.It did not create any catchment and WEAP did not download any files.Please help!

Are the shapefiles you imported into WEAP appearing in the correct place relative to the default shapefiles of Cities, Major Rivers, Country boundaries, etc? If not, please see some of the forum threads about GIS.
