I have facing the problem on rainfall runoff modelling, please help me, I want to know that how i add base-blow in the model, because at this time my model gives very poor result (efficiency of model come less than 0.5) and also I want to know about runoff resistance factor value and how I decide it.

Dear Sachin,
Baseflow is controlled by the Deep Conductivity parameter. Increasing Deep Conductivity will increase baseflow.
Runoff resistance will be related to topography, leaf litter, vegetation type, etc. You can read more about this in the paper by Yates et al (2005), in the section about the LAI or Leaf and Stem Area Index. The paper is linked on the WEAP publications page.
